This is what you’ll actually do!

As Advanced Team Leader (Quality), you'll be responsible for monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process, carrying out routine testing, inspections and sampling activities to ensure products meet agreed specifications and food safety requirements. You'll investigate food safety, quality and legality incidents, managing holds, concessions, rejections and near misses while ensuring appropriate escalation where required.

You'll conduct internal audits across GMP, hygiene, CCPs, allergen controls, foreign body management, documentation and food safety systems, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and closed out effectively. You'll also support product trials, launches and process improvement initiatives, helping to reduce variation and improve process consistency.

You'll lead daily product quality evaluations, conduct routine quality testing including pH, allergen, weight control and calibration checks, and ensure labels and packaging comply with customer and legal requirements. In addition, you'll maintain traceability systems, complete traceability exercises and support customer visits, audits and external inspections.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
