Shift: Monday - Friday, three-shift rotation (06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00, 22:00 - 06:00)

Join our snack-loving team

We’re looking for an Advanced Team Member to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.

Who are we?

We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. Across more than 30 countries, over 15,000 of us work together to make the snacks people love – from Hula Hoops to McCoy’s. In the UK, we’re a team of around 2,400 colleagues, based across seven sites and our Slough HQ. We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.

About the role

As an Advanced Team Member, you will play an important role in keeping your line running safely, smoothly and efficiently. You will become a subject matter expert on a specific piece of equipment, helping us maintain high standards in safety, quality and performance.

You will use problem-solving tools, daily management systems and the IWS ways of working to eliminate losses, reduce waste and support continuous improvement. You’ll also coach and train colleagues so everyone feels confident using and caring for the equipment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in their work and wants to grow their skills in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

What’s in it for you?

We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive. Here’s a flavour of what we offer:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
