Amazon Advertising Manager

Location: Remote, UK based, with regular travel to London

A fast growing specialist Amazon agency that has doubled in size year on year since launching, is seeking an Amazon Advertising Manager to join their team.

This is a hands on, client facing role supporting several large UK, European and US advertising accounts. You will take ownership of campaign strategy, budget management, performance and client communication, while working closely with the wider team to deliver profitable growth.

Although the role is remote, candidates must be based in the UK and able to travel easily into London on a regular basis for client and team meetings.

If you enjoy using data to make commercial decisions, collaborating with clients to solve complex ecommerce challenges and working within a fast moving agency environment, this could be a great opportunity.

What you will own

  • Manage Amazon Advertising strategy and execution across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP for multiple clients
  • Own client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
  • Independently assess and balance priorities across a busy portfolio, responding confidently to competing client demands and deadlines
  • Proactively identify retail readiness issues and opportunities that could affect advertising performance, working with the wider team to address them
  • Lead performance analysis and campaign optimisation, clearly connecting changes in ACOS and TACoS to overall sales, revenue and profitability
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure continuity and a consistently high quality service
  • Support reporting, insight generation and budget planning for each account, using AI enabled tools to improve efficiency and decision making

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
