Senior Amazon Advertising Manager

£50,000 + Bonus

Hybrid | 2 Days per Week in Farringdon, London

A leading ecommerce and retail media agency is seeking a Senior Amazon Advertising Manager to join their growing paid media team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Amazon Advertising experience who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management. Working across a portfolio of well-known consumer brands, you'll take ownership of advertising strategy, performance, and client success, while mentoring junior team members and helping to drive continuous improvement across the function.

The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys analysing performance data, and is passionate about helping brands grow across Amazon and the wider retail media landscape.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Media, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering advertising strategies across Amazon and retail media platforms for a diverse portfolio of client accounts.

Working closely with account management, creative, and data teams, you'll ensure campaigns deliver against commercial objectives, identify opportunities for growth, and provide strategic recommendations that help clients maximize their advertising investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver advertising strategies across Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, and wider retail media platforms
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment
  • Plan and manage client advertising budgets
  • Carry out keyword, product, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver insightful client reporting
  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve performance and profitability
  • Support and mentor junior members of the advertising team
  • Work collaboratively with account management, creative, and data teams to deliver integrated client strategies
  • Stay up to date with new advertising features, marketplace developments, and industry trends

About You

You'll already have proven experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns and be confident using data to make commercial decisions.

You'll also have:

  • At least two years' hands-on Amazon Advertising experience
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Sponsored Ads
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Experience within an ecommerce or digital agency is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Google Ads, or other retail media platforms would be advantageous
  • A genuine passion for ecommerce, marketplaces, and retail media
