The Opportunity:
With exciting growth plans driving the digital and Print side of our Gaming business, we’re seeking a Advertising Operations Executive to join our ambitious team and help shape the future of this dynamic industry. We take pride in our portfolio of industry-leading events and comprehensive digital and print marketing services under multiple powerhouse brands: ICE (International Casino Exhibition), iGB (iGaming Business), and GGB and iGBA (iGB Affiliate). Our flagship event, IGBA London, draws over 7,000 attendees each year, making it the largest trade show in the iGaming affiliate space. This is bolstered by IGBAffiliate.com and an array of digital marketing services. Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the delivery of advertising operations for campaigns.
- You will oversee detailed elements of multiple projects, including tracking metrics, identifying any issues that may be negatively impacting performance, and making adjustments.
- Your key role will be to collaborate with clients across Digital and Print to obtain and upload advertising assets in a timely manner for publication across UK and US / ROW Digital and Print Brands.
- Ad Operations: Manage the trafficking, creative asset upload, and troubleshooting of digital ads across platforms and ad servers.
- Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, LinkedIn, and display networks.
- Seamless Campaign Delivery: Work closely with the Customer Success, Marketing, Content, Sales teams and clients directly to flawlessly execute client campaigns, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and at a level of quality that keeps clients coming back for more.
- Campaign Optimisation: Continuously analyse campaign performance and implement optimisation strategies to improve efficiency, ROI, and KPIs.
- Reporting & Analysis: In collaboration with our data team, input into the preparation and delivery of regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement to internal teams and clients.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, and analytics) to ensure all campaigns align with client expectations and objectives.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing advertising budgets and ensuring cost-effective delivery of campaigns.
- Technical Support: Address and resolve any technical issues related to ad serving, tagging, or tracking, liaising with appropriate internal teams.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Strategic Forecasting & Reporting: Provide precise reporting, forecasting, and pacing to help the business hit its financial targets, working hand-in-hand with the Head of Campaigns to ensure success.
- Drive Customer Growth: Build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients by deepening your understanding of their goals, messages, and success metrics—boosting year-over-year retention and increasing their spend.
- Spot Opportunities for Growth: Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the Sales team to increase client investment and expand partnerships.
- Data-Driven Insights: Keep client data up-to-date and track progress meticulously within our delivery system to ensure full visibility and smooth operations.
- Relationship Building & Delivery Excellence: Be the cornerstone of our delivery process, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring every aspect of delivery is executed flawlessly and efficiently.

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:
- Knowledge in digital media, with a deep understanding of its nuances and best practices
- Demonstrates excellent planning and organisation skills execution of projects from start to finish.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to confidently engage in high-level conversations with customers, addressing their needs and obtain information / relevant advertising assets.
- Ability to cultivate and strengthen client and internal team relationships, ensuring mutual success and long-term collaboration.
- Sharp understanding of customer objectives and outcomes, with the ability to prioritize efforts and resources to exceed client expectations.
- A dynamic, hands-on approach, consistently driving success, improvement, and new opportunities for growth.
- Strong ability to manage, track, and analyse data with accuracy, ensuring all information is current and actionable.
- A proactive mindset that identifies and capitalises on new opportunities, always thinking one step ahead.
