Taboola, the world’s #1 content recommendation platform, is currently looking for a Policy Associate to join our dynamic Policy team in the London office. This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of the digital media industry, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our content recommendation platform. You will gain invaluable experience and insights into both the operational and strategic aspects of policy management within a leading global tech company.

To Thrive In This Role, You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in the ad tech industry.
  • Ability to quickly analyze and decide on complex issues with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills; capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-starting, and able to operate independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Eager and ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a continuous learning curve.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a strong plus.

How You’ll Make An Impact

As a Policy Associate, you’ll bring value by:

  • Collaborate with policy management to develop and implement new policies.
  • Manage and resolve policy-related escalations from business departments.
  • Act as a key reviser for existing policies, adapting them to enhance operational efficiency and reduce friction across media customers and business operations.
  • Conduct training sessions on policy implications for stakeholders within the company.
  • Create and refine public and client-facing policy materials to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Support policy integration across various global regions to ensure uniformity and compliance with local regulations.
