Advertising Account Manager
Contract: Full-time
Based: London, UK
Reports to: Head of Sales
About Bounty
Bounty is a trusted and long-established brand supporting parents through every stage of their journey, from pregnancy to early parenthood. Our media channels, digital platforms, and partnerships reach millions of families across the UK, offering valuable opportunities for brands to connect meaningfully with this unique audience. We're looking for an ambitious, full-cycle salesperson to join our commercial team as an Account Manager, someone who wants to spend their day selling, not managing a team.
The Role
This is a great next step for a sales professional who loves the graft of selling; prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and wants to do it every day, not delegate it. You'll sell across all of Bounty's media channels, including digital, sponsorship, and content partnerships, generating new business and growing your own book of accounts. Our advertising offering is qualitative rather than PPC/programmatic-focused, so candidates only experienced in the latter need not apply.
You'll split your time between winning new clients, direct and through media agencies, and looking after the accounts you bring in, making sure campaigns land well and grow over time. There's no line management in this role: it's built for someone who wants to be judged on their own numbers, not a team's. Energy, resilience, curiosity and a genuine enjoyment of selling are essential.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
