Role Description
The Advertising Sales Representative will focus on driving revenue growth by selling advertising and sponsorship packages across The Sybarite’s luxury platform and The Sybarite Life digital magazine. This contract role is based on-site in Greater London and involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating advertising rates and packages with brands aligned to luxury, lifestyle, and high-end services. - Managing a sales pipeline
- Preparing proposals and media kits
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Collaborating with editorial and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand standards
- Tracking campaign performance
- Providing post-campaign reports
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client value and long-term partnerships

Qualifications
- Strong Sales skills with a proven ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close advertising or media deals.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing presentation skills.
- Solid Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Foundational Marketing knowledge, ideally in digital media, luxury brands, or lifestyle publications, to understand campaign objectives and audience targeting.
- Prior experience in advertising sales, media, or luxury brand partnerships is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater London, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic analytics, and reporting on sales and campaign performance.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
