Advertising & Sponsorship Sales Manager - Media, Digital & Events

📍 Burgess Hill, West Sussex (Hybrid)
💷 £41,000-£46,000 + Commission + Benefits

We're looking for a commercially driven Advertising & Sponsorship Sales Manager to help grow revenue across CLASS - the UK's leading premium bar industry media brand and its portfolio of events.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing creative commercial partnerships and working with some of the biggest names in the drinks and hospitality industry.

You'll sell across digital advertising, print, event sponsorship, awards partnerships and bespoke commercial campaigns, working with drinks brands, agencies, distributors and hospitality businesses to deliver effective marketing solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Driving commercial revenue across the CLASS media and events portfolio.
  • Building strong relationships with drinks brands, distributors, agencies and PR companies.
  • Developing creative, integrated commercial proposals tailored to client objectives.
  • Generating new business while growing existing accounts.
  • Collaborating with editorial, marketing and events teams to create innovative commercial opportunities.
  • Reviewing campaign performance and demonstrating ROI to clients.
  • Representing CLASS at industry events, awards, trade shows and networking opportunities across London and the UK.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and identifying new commercial opportunities.

About you

You'll be commercially minded, proactive and relationship-focused, with a passion for delivering results.

Ideally you'll have:

  • Experience in media sales, sponsorship, events, hospitality, drinks or a similar commercial role.
  • A proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience creating commercial proposals and tailored client solutions.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A self-motivated approach with the drive to exceed revenue targets.
  • An interest in the drinks, bar or hospitality sectors.

  • Existing contacts within the UK drinks, hospitality or bar industry.
  • Experience measuring campaign performance and demonstrating value to clients.
