We're partnering with a growing wealth management business seeking an individual who can make a genuine impact on both adviser capability and business performance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people but is equally energized by improving processes, embracing technology and helping a business evolve.

You'll be the type of person who naturally spots opportunities for improvement, asks "why do we do it this way?" and enjoys bringing colleagues together to create better outcomes for clients and staff alike.

The Role

This is a broad and influential position that sits at the intersection of:

  • Adviser development and coaching
  • Training & Competence oversight
  • Advice quality and client outcomes
  • Operational improvement
  • Business transformation
  • Technology and AI adoption

Role & Responsibilities: 📋

You'll work closely with advisers, paraplanners, operational teams, compliance and technology stakeholders to improve how advice is delivered while helping advisers perform at their best.

What You'll Be Doing:

Developing People

  • Coaching and mentoring advisers and support teams
  • Supporting professional development and career progression
  • Delivering engaging training and development initiatives
  • Using quality assurance findings to identify learning opportunities
  • Helping create a culture of continuous improvement

Driving Change

  • Reviewing business processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency
  • Working with stakeholders to remove friction from the advice journey
  • Supporting and leading improvement projects
  • Helping teams adapt to new ways of working
  • Influencing positive change across multiple functions

Embracing Technology

  • Exploring how technology can improve adviser productivity
  • Supporting AI and automation initiatives
  • Acting as a bridge between operational teams and technology specialists
  • Helping translate business challenges into practical solutions
  • Driving engagement and adoption of new tools and systems

Do you have the following to apply? ✅

We're keen to speak with individuals who have experience within an:

  • IFA firm
  • Wealth Management business
  • Financial Planning practice
  • Advice or Compliance function within Financial Services

You'll ideally bring:

  • Experience of adviser supervision, development or advice quality oversight
  • A strong understanding of the regulated advice environment
  • Excellent coaching and stakeholder management skills
  • A passion for improving businesses and helping people succeed
  • Curiosity around technology, AI and process improvement
  • The ability to see both the bigger picture and the practical detail
