FISCUS is looking for an experienced Advice Worker to join our team.
We are seeking a team player who is able to deliver high-quality welfare benefits advice and debt advice through face-to-face appointments and telephone advice. FISCUS was established in 2005 and we support 3000+ people every year via a range of advice, fuel poverty and crisis services.
You will join our team of committed Advice Workers and charity staff who provide fantastic support to local people facing a range of issues and barriers. If you are a highly motivated and experienced Welfare Benefits Advisor (Debt Advice would be a great advantage but we can provide training), we would love to hear from you.

You will be part of a team that provides advice from FISCUS Coop Centre and from 10 community foodbanks across the City of Sunderland and therefore a driving licence and access to a car is essential.
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time or Part time up to 35 hours per week

Based: Sunderland. This is an office based role due to outreaching daily at FISCUS and Community Foodbanks
