Adviser Content Creator
The Role
We are looking for an experienced multi-media Content Creator to develop high‑quality, insight‑led content focused on Vanguard 365 (V365) in the UK and for Europe.
V365 is an all-in-one learning platform for financial advisers. It offers accredited CPD through 30-minute modules of videos and short articles, events and on-demand webinars and expert insights/market commentary. V365 content will also be used in our forthcoming Adviser Portal meaning that ‘content at the point of need’ will be increasingly important – in addition to the already established content hubs.
In Europe, V365 is being rolled out across territories and you will work in conjunction with local Channel Marketers to determine and deliver local needs. A key collaboration will be with our Client Research Centre (CRC) who take adviser content ‘on the road’ delivering face-to-face sessions across Europe on V365 topics and beyond.
You will not only create individual assets, but think holistically about how content works across channels and platforms, and how different pieces reinforce each other over time, so content strategy is as important as content execution.
Audience focus
Primary audience: Financial Advisers and Intermediaries
Key responsibilities
Content Strategy
You will work with the Channel Marketing teams, ARC and external agencies, where appropriate, to design the V365 content experience. The challenge here is to create cohesive client journeys and to consider each individual content ask in the context of the overall experience.
Content Delivery
In this crowded space, you will strive to create content that cuts through and delivers engaging, rich and memorable experiences for advisers. The content should draw appropriately on ARC insights and formal external research, such that we deliver the content advisers really value. This means the role requires great stakeholder management skills. All content must be accurate, compliant, credible and aligned with brand and house‑style guidelines. Finally you must be able to think end‑to‑end about the content lifecycle: ideation, creation, distribution, reuse and evolution over time. You will work with Channel Marketers to determine the best mechanisms to promote V365 content to the adviser audience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
