Norfolk Citizens Advice is looking for a compassionate and proactive Adviser to support people accessing local foodbank. You’ll provide free, impartial and confidential advice to individuals facing challenges such as the cost of living, debt, benefits, housing and access to essential services.
Working face-to-face and by telephone, you’ll help clients understand their options, access support and find a way forward.

About You
Person Specification
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Confident supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and sensitively.
- Organised, adaptable and comfortable using IT systems.
- Experienced in customer service, advice work or supporting vulnerable people (desirable).
No previous Citizens Advice experience is required – full training will be provided.
