Description

We're looking for an experienced Adviser Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for Benchmark's adviser-facing proposition.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across sales, compliance, partnerships and proposition teams to drive adviser acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth.

You'll be responsible for creating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, adviser communications, events, thought leadership, and content that support commercial objectives and strengthen Benchmark's position as a leading provider of adviser solutions.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who combines strategic thinking with excellent execution and has a genuine understanding of the UK financial advice market.

What you'll do

Adviser Communications & Content

  • Develop compelling, compliant marketing content that clearly communicates Benchmark's adviser proposition.
  • Own and deliver adviser communications, including monthly bulletins, campaign communications, and targeted engagement activity.
  • Create and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, digital assets, and website content.
  • Promote Benchmark's thought leadership and market expertise.

Events & Engagement

  • Deliver a programme of adviser events, webinars, and industry conferences.
  • Develop engaging content plans that support adviser acquisition and retention.
  • Manage event promotion, delegate engagement, and post-event follow-up activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
