Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Adviser Support role based in Dronfield. The Adviser Support team member will assist financial advisers with preparing client documentation, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory and company standards.

Daily responsibilities include:


Get help with your application

- Scheduling and confirming client appointments
- Responding to client enquiries
- Supporting the preparation of reports, letters, and meeting packs
- Updating client information in internal systems
- Liaising with product providers
- Ensuring that all required paperwork is completed and filed promptly
The successful candidate will contribute to a professional, friendly client experience and work collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth running of the practice.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused manner.
- Good numeracy and attention to detail, with the ability to handle financial information accurately and confidentially.
- Competence with office software and systems, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment, demonstrating reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a similar regulated environment is beneficial but not essential.
- Relevant qualifications in business, finance, or administration are an advantage; ongoing professional development will be supported.
