Why this role matters
Join Vorwerk’s Advisor & Customer Marketing team to help deliver engaging and effective communications for our Advisor community and customers across the UK & IE. As an Advisor Communications & Campaigns Executive, you'll create and coordinate content across digital and print channels, ensuring communications are timely, relevant and aligned with business objectives. Your work helps support key editorial projects and communication initiatives, strengthening Advisor engagement and enhancing the customer experience.
What you’ll do
- Act as a key point of contact between Head Office and the Advisor network, delivering clear and engaging communications on campaigns, promotions, incentives and business updates.
- Prepare and distribute newsletters, targeted mailings and digital communications for Advisors and customers.
- Support customer communications across key touchpoints and maintain communication calendars to ensure consistent delivery.
- Support the creation and coordination of content across digital and print channels, ensuring alignment with brand tone of voice.
- Support Executive Club communications and Advisor engagement initiatives.
- Support the development of the Advisor & Customer Magazine, including editorial planning, copywriting, interviews and supplier coordination.
- Coordinate with designers and external partners to deliver digital, print and campaign assets.
- Support communications for campaigns, events and key Advisor & Customer Marketing initiatives.
- Support the creation of Advisor toolkits and marketing materials.
- Collect feedback and monitor communication performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor communication performance and provide insights to optimise future communications.

What you bring
- A passion for food and cooking, and an interest in creating campaigns that connect with food-loving customers and Advisors
- Experience in communications, content marketing, editorial, publishing or a similar content-focused role.
- Excellent written English, with strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience creating content across digital and print channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Creative, proactive and detail-oriented, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience in communications, content, editorial or brand-focused roles.
