Why this role matters
Join Vorwerk’s Advisor & Customer Marketing team to help bring our Advisor & Customer Marketing strategy to life across the UK & IE. As an Advisor & Customer Marketing Executive, you'll support the delivery of engaging marketing initiatives across Advisor engagement, customer promotions, incentives, recognition programmes, and commercial campaigns. Your work helps ensure campaigns are well-coordinated, effectively executed, and aligned with business objectives to drive engagement and commercial success.
What you’ll do
- Support the planning and execution of Advisor and customer marketing initiatives aligned with commercial objectives.
- Coordinate customer promotions, incentives, and engagement programmes, including campaign timelines, operational requirements, and communications.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Care, Digital, and Brand Marketing teams to ensure successful campaign implementation.
- Support the development of marketing materials, toolkits, and resources for Advisors and customers.
- Coordinate Advisor incentives, challenges, and recognition programmes from planning through to fulfilment.
- Manage incentive operations including data validation, achievers communication, reward tracking, and coordination with Procurement and Logistics.
- Support Executive Club activities, including recognition, gifting, and achievement programmes.
- Gather feedback from Advisors and Sales teams to improve future engagement initiatives.
- Extract and analyse Advisor and customer marketing data using reporting tools such as Tableau.
- Track campaign performance, incentive participation, engagement KPIs, and reward effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and insights to support future marketing initiatives.
- Support Advisor events, conferences, and wider Advisor & Customer Marketing projects.

What you bring
- A passion for food and cooking, and an interest in creating campaigns that connect with food-loving customers and Advisors
- Experience in customer, trade, field, or commercial marketing, CRM, sales operations, or similar role
- Strong organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Confident working with Excel, marketing data and reporting, or CRM tools
- Commercially aware, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a solutions-focused approach
- Experience in direct selling, retail, franchise, or B2B2C environments is advantageous
- Typically 1-2 years of relevant experience
