In this role, you’ll be expected to raise the bar on the quality of everything we send, the experience we create for Advisors and customers, and the strength of the ideas we bring.

What you’ll do

  • Shape and deliver Advisor engagement initiatives, including incentives, recognition programmes, and Executive Club activity, to motivate and reward our Advisor community.
  • Act as a key link between Head Office and the Advisor network, supporting campaigns, promotions, business updates, and day-to-day engagement.
  • Support the long-term development of the Advisor incentive and recognition approach, helping to evolve activity year on year in line with business objectives.
  • Manage Advisor and customer communications across digital and print, including newsletters, targeted mailings, toolkits, and campaign content in Vorwerk’s brand tone of voice.

  • Coordinate campaign and incentive operations end to end, including achiever communications, reward fulfilment, and collaboration with external partners.
  • Own campaign tracking and performance reporting, monitoring budgets, spend, engagement, participation, and commercial return to ensure activity is effective and commercially sound.
  • Use data and insight to improve performance, building target groups, analysing results, and turning findings into recommendations for future activity.
  • Support Advisor events, conferences, and wider marketing projects, helping to deliver a high-quality experience for Advisors and customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
