Head of Advisory
Location: London
Working Pattern: Hybrid
We are partnered with a growing independent corporate finance advisory firm that is looking to appoint a Head of Advisory to support the next phase of its growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate finance professional to join an ambitious business, lead high-profile transactions and play a key role in developing the firm's advisory offering. The position offers the opportunity to originate and lead your own work, with a genuine route towards long-term progression.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate finance and M&A transactions from initial engagement through to completion.
- Originate new business opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline of advisory work.
- Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, capital raising and strategic transactions.
- Lead commercial negotiations, financial analysis and transaction execution.

About You
- Approximately 5-10 years' experience within Corporate Finance, M&A, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, or Private Equity.
- A proven track record of originating and winning new business.
- Experience leading transactions from origination through to successful completion.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
