Practice Lead

One of the UK's most respected FS compliance consultancies are looking for a Practice Lead to create, shape and scale a brand‑new regulatory M&A advisory offering across payments, fintech and capital markets.

This is a rare build role: define the proposition, win the work, deliver it, and grow the team.

You’ll lead:

  • Buy‑side & sell‑side regulatory due diligence
  • Transaction readiness & regulatory risk analysis
  • SPA support & regulatory risk allocation
  • Client relationships across PE, law firms & corporate finance
  • Practice development, hiring & team leadership
