Description
As a Web Technical Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the technical configuration, governance and optimisation of our multilingual web platforms using our Content Management System built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), DAM and other platforms integrations.
Working closely with our marketing and technology teams, you’ll translate business requirements into structured technical specifications for: web templates and components; validate new builds before authoring use; support the technical execution of web releases; and implement new web solutions. Your day to day responsibilities include defining requirements, reviewing and testing component behaviour, managing governance standards, and ensuring content is published accurately and performs as intended in production. You’ll also apply your platform expertise to troubleshoot complex issues within AEM and other web platforms, including rendering inconsistencies, permissions, workflow behaviour, and publishing errors, to ensure reliability and consistency across locales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
