Search is changing faster than it has in twenty years. Buyers are asking ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews instead of scrolling ten blue links, and almost nobody has figured out how to get brands cited inside those answers yet. We have. We built an engine that does it, and we are about to roll it out across our client base.
We need someone to own that client base.
About groas:
We run fully managed growth for around 70 clients. Autonomous AI agents do the execution, dedicated human strategists own the relationship and the strategy. Bootstrapped, profitable, eight figures in managed ad spend inside our first year. AEO is our second product and our biggest bet. You would be the first dedicated hire on it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you would do:
- Own a book of AEO clients from onboarding call to renewal.
- Run the calls, set the strategy, oversee the engine, catch what it gets wrong, and push accounts to grow.
- You will be talking to founders and marketing directors every week about something they know matters and do not yet understand. That is a good position to be in.
The part that makes it different:
- You are also a product manager for AEO.
- You sit closer to the client than anyone in the company, so you see what the engine is missing before we do.
- You will work directly with our CTO on what gets built next.
- You are expected to argue your case, and shipped ideas count toward how you are rated and paid.
- We rate on three things only: retention, expansion, and what you contribute to the product.
- No ladder, no waiting your turn.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
You will do well here if:
- You have run client relationships in SEO, content, digital PR or paid media and can hold your own on a call with a founder.
- You understand how answer engines choose their sources: entities, citations, structured content, third party signals.
- You learn fast, because nobody on earth has five years of AEO experience.
- You want scope, not supervision.
