Aerospace Auditor

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Aerospace Auditor with competency in AS9100, AS9110, and AS9120 to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, chargeable audits to clients across the aerospace sector, while also supporting internal operations through technical guidance, quotation preparation, and sampling calculations. In addition, the auditor will play an active role in strengthening and expanding the Aerospace (AS) team by identifying, supporting, and onboarding new auditors.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Delivery

  • Conduct third-party audits against AS9100, AS9110, and AS9120 standards in accordance with accreditation and scheme requirements. (Doesn’t necessarily need all 3, but it would be nice).
  • Prepare audit plans, reports, and findings to a high professional standard.
  • Be proficient with the use of OASIS.
  • Ensure all audits are delivered within agreed timescales, budgets, and quality expectations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aerospace standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Technical & Back-Office Support

  • Support the back-office team by helping to prepare accurate and timely quotations for aerospace audits.
  • Provide technical assistance to internal teams on aerospace standards, audit requirements, and client queries.
  • Perform sampling calculations and contribute to technical decision-making where required.
  • Assist with resolving technical issues related to audit delivery, scheme rules, or client requirements.

Team Development & Growth

  • Identify potential new auditors within the industry and support their introduction to the organisation.
  • Participate in onboarding, mentoring, and developing new AS auditors to ensure competence and consistency.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the AS team’s processes, tools, and technical capability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
