Job Description
Successful consultants will deliver Adobe Success Accelerators across Adobe CX Enterprise solutions, helping enterprise customers improve technical readiness, solution adoption, optimisation, and strategic use of Adobe technologies. Consultants will work within Adobe's Field Engineering organization and engage directly with customers using Adobe methodologies, delivery frameworks, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- The consultant will work within the client's Field Engineering organisation, delivering structured advisory engagements, known as Success Accelerators, to Adobe Ultimate Success customers.
- Conduct customer discovery and assessment workshops
- Analyse customer environments, technical challenges, and business objectives
- Deliver accelerator engagements using client-approved methodologies and playbooks
- Produce assessment reports, recommendations, roadmaps, and other customer deliverables
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with client CSMs, TAMs, and Field Engineering teams
- Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements while maintaining high delivery quality standards

Typical accelerator engagements may cover Technical Readiness, such as Troubleshooting, Solution Optimisation, Implementation and Go-Live Readiness, Upgrade or Migration Readiness, Adoption and enablement.
Required expertise
- Workfront and Workfront fusion.
- This track represents approximately one third of the backfill requirement.
Relevant solutions (primary): Workfront Fusion, Workfront Workflow
Lower priority for this backfill requirement: Workfront Planning, AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Content Supply Chain (CSC)
The resource must demonstrate hands-on delivery experience with Workfront Fusion in an enterprise context, including strong knowledge of integration architecture, REST APIs, JSON, authentication and authorisation, testing, documentation, and deployment best practices. Also able to troubleshoot execution failures, performance issues, authentication and data-mapping problems.

Qualifications
- Experience delivering technical consulting, advisory, or professional services engagements for enterprise customers
- Strong functional and technical expertise within the relevant Adobe solution track
- Proven ability to conduct structured assessments and discovery engagements
- Experience developing written recommendations, assessment reports, or roadmap deliverables
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent customer engagements
- Willingness to work within Adobe delivery methodologies, systems, and engagement processes
- Adobe certifications relevant to the proposed solution area
- Experience delivering services within subscription-based or customer success models
- Familiarity with short-form advisory or accelerator-style consulting engagements
- Understanding of enterprise data privacy and regulatory considerations, including GDPR
- Experience supporting customers across EMEA markets
