About Lumi SKN Clinics
Lumi SKN Clinics is a leading provider of advanced skincare and non-surgical aesthetic treatments. We pride ourselves on offering cutting-edge services with a personalised touch, ensuring every client receives exceptional care and results.
We are a growing brand, confirmed on track to open three new franchise clinics by mid-2027. This is an exciting time to join us and help shape the future of Lumi SKN.
Role Overview
As Clinic Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of our Kettering clinic while continuing to deliver advanced aesthetic treatments. This is a senior, hands-on role combining clinical practice with operational leadership, team management, and administration.
You will report directly to our Clinical Lead, Manju, who oversees clinical standards across all Lumi SKN clinics, and to our CEOs on commercial and operational performance. As the group expands, you will work alongside our franchise partners and other clinic teams to uphold the Lumi SKN Clinics brand, keeping our standards, client experience, and reputation consistent across every location.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Practice
- Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments within the scope of your Level 6–7 training, including skin rejuvenation, chemical peels, microneedling, laser/IPL, and other advanced modalities.
- Conduct thorough consultations, medical history reviews, and skin assessments, and build personalised treatment plans.
- Uphold the highest standards of clinical safety, hygiene, infection control, and client confidentiality.
- Manage aftercare, complications escalation, and client follow-up in line with clinic protocols, escalating to the Clinical Lead where appropriate.
Clinic Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the clinic team, including therapists and front-of-house staff.
- Plan staff rotas, approve leave, and ensure the clinic is appropriately staffed at all times.
- Conduct one-to-ones, appraisals, and performance reviews, and address performance or conduct issues promptly.
- Mentor junior therapists and identify training needs, working with the Clinical Lead on development plans.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
