AARVA is a new doctor-led private practice opening in Sutton Coldfield. We bring together general practice, regenerative medicine, women's health and medical-grade skin, built around a simple principle: understand the cause of a problem before treating its symptoms.
Our skin and laser work is medically led and sits within a wider practice, not apart from it. We are recruiting an experienced Aesthetic Practitioner to deliver treatments alongside our doctors and clinicians.
What the role involves
- Delivering laser and light-based treatments, skin rejuvenation, microneedling and chemical peels.
- Consulting properly with patients, assessing suitability and setting realistic expectations.
- Building and holding your own diary of returning patients.
- Working to the clinical standards, protocols and record-keeping the practice sets.

What we are looking for
This role is experience led. We are looking for someone with a clinical background and a genuine track record delivering aesthetic treatments in practice, with a portfolio of work behind them.
- You should hold a recognised qualification in aesthetic medicine or aesthetic practice. A Level 7 is welcome but is not a requirement.
- VTCT qualifications in laser and light skin rejuvenation, or equivalent, are important given the treatments involved.
- Core of knowledge and laser safety training should be current.

We would expect you to have worked in established practices and to be able to talk us through the treatments you deliver, the devices you have used and the results you have achieved.
Hours
This role starts part-time with a clear view to full-time as diaries build. If you would prefer to remain part-time long term, that is something we can accommodate.
Practical details
- This role is based on site in Sutton Coldfield.
- Applicants must already hold the right to work in the UK.
