We are partnering with an exciting, premium wellness and aesthetics business to recruit an experienced Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and advanced skin and body treatments.

The Role
As a Therapist, you will deliver advanced treatments, provide expert consultations and build long-term relationships with clients through outstanding service, education and care.
You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional treatment standards while contributing to a welcoming, community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations and personalise treatment plans based on individual goals and progress
- Deliver a range of advanced face and body treatments to the highest standard
- Maintain exceptional hygiene, treatment room presentation and client comfort throughout the journey
- Accurately document treatment notes and monitor client progress
- Support retail recommendations as part of a consultative, education-led approach
- Participate in workshops, events and community engagement activities where appropriate

What We're Looking For
- Level 4 qualification or above
- Post-qualification experience
- Experience with advanced aesthetic technologies including lasers, radio frequency, ultrasound, microneedling and advanced skin treatments
- Strong consultation and client relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for client care
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, collaborative attitude with pride in delivering exceptional results
- Commercial awareness and confidence working towards retail and sales targets
- Calm, professional approach with excellent attention to detail
