Role Description

The Aesthetician at DRS Clinic will provide professional skin care treatments and aesthetic services, including facials, peels, hair removal, and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role also involves:

  • Educating patients on available services and products
  • Supporting sales of recommended treatments and skincare
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection control in all treatment areas

The Aesthetician will collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver consistent, natural results aligned with the clinic’s holistic ethos. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in Skin Care and Cosmetology, including performing a range of professional facial and aesthetic treatments.
  • Experience with Hair Removal techniques and related equipment, with a strong focus on patient comfort and safety.
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and deliver a high-quality patient experience.
  • Sales skills to recommend suitable treatments and skincare products ethically and effectively.
  • Relevant aesthetician or beauty therapy qualifications, with appropriate licenses or certifications where required.
  • Knowledge of infection control, hygiene standards, and safe treatment protocols.
  • Attention to detail, professional demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively in a clinical environment.
  • Prior experience in medical aesthetics or a similar clinic setting is preferred.
