The Opportunity
Healthcare Assistant
Location: Cadogan Clinic, Sloane Street, Chelsea, London
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: £28,000 per year
Shifts: Variable shifts, Monday to Sunday (early shifts from 7am, late shifts until 8:30pm)
We are looking for a motivated Healthcare Assistant to join our established, friendly team. Working across our outpatient consulting and clinical rooms, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients, consultants, and colleagues to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient care.
In this role, you’ll assist with injectables, minor ops, mole mapping and chaperoning appointments, while also supporting senior managers with operational processes and contributing to regulatory compliance. You’ll be central to delivering a streamlined patient journey and a welcoming, professional clinic experience.

What You’ll Bring
Essential
- Caring and welcoming approach to patients and colleagues
- Ability to prioritise and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Awareness of GDPR and patient confidentiality requirements
- Flexible, proactive outlook towards work
Desirable
- NVQ in Care Level 3/4 or equivalent
- Previous experience in an outpatient or hospital setting
- Care Certificate (or working towards)
- Phlebotomy skills
- Experience in a 5-star service environment
