About The Job
- Managing day-to-day air freight export operations with precision and care, where you will see the process through from start to finish.
- Coordinating with customers, suppliers, and carriers to ensure timely, seamless deliveries
- Meeting performance and compliance standards with passion, trust, and pride
- Preparing and processing export documentation

About You
- Confidence and professionalism to be the face of Hellmann to our customers—building trust, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service
- 2 years+ of experience in air freight operations
- Solid knowledge of Airfreight logistics industry and processes
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CargoWise
- A customs pin (big plus)
- Experience with perishable exports is also a big plus
- Availability to support a rotating weekend roster
