The Team You’ll Join

The Affiliate team plays a key role in growing Future’s Voucher business by building strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of mid-to-top-tier and high-growth partners. The team focuses on driving revenue through client development, new business opportunities, and strategic affiliate partnerships.

Working closely with brands, partners, and agencies, the team negotiates competitive voucher codes, secures high-value placements across Future’s voucher platforms, and encourages repeat bookings. Alongside managing existing relationships, the team is constantly looking for new opportunities to grow the business, while developing expertise across affiliate, performance, and digital marketing.

As an Affiliate Account Executive, your main responsibility will be to establish and cultivate relationships with a portfolio of mid/top-tier and growth accounts across the Future voucher portfolio, with the main focus of driving increased revenue through client development and new business opportunities. Reporting to Affiliate Director. You will work on negotiating best-in-market voucher codes, secure prime placements on our websites, encourage repeat bookings, build stronger relationships with our partners and agencies, understand Future voucher products, develop new business, and acquire other skills related to affiliate and performance marketing.

  • Oversees partner relationship management in order to meet financial objectives.
  • Supports the Affiliate Director in leading commercial team initiatives.
  • Analyses advertiser performance, market share analysis, and industry benchmarking to build and strengthen client relationships.
  • Manages a portfolio of top, and mid-tier accounts, delivering client development, detailed analysis, reporting, and account management to partners.
  • Consistently negotiates best-in-market content & commercials, as well as up-selling and consulting partners, based on best practices.
  • Manages and optimises site content to maximise conversion across Future voucher brands.
  • Maintains and monitors affiliate tracking/CPA rates/queries.

What you’ll bring

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client-facing roles.
  • Great knowledge in negotiating & selling as well as sales cycle management.
  • Excellent knowledge & experience of the principles of digital sales and marketing.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce and online shopping trends.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels – SEO, PPC, CRM.
  • A clear understanding of partner management & how to maximise relationship productivity.
  • Confident, clear & concise when presenting internally, externally, and over the telephone.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively.
  • Innovative and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Strong decision-making abilities with good business acumen.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new computer systems.

What we offer

  • The expected salary for this role is £26,500 + Commission
  • This is a hybrid role, working three days per week from our Cardiff Office
