About Novaro Novaro is a social commerce agency helping brands drive outstanding performance through TikTok Shop management, live shopping, affiliate programme management and social selling. We run a dedicated multi-set livestream studio in Manchester and manage end-to-end live commerce production for our clients.
We're a small, fast-moving team, and we're looking for an experienced Affiliate & Community Manager to grow and manage our network of TikTok Shop and Instagram affiliates and creators.
The Role You'll work closely with the Studio Manager and wider team to build, grow and manage affiliate and creator communities on behalf of our clients, driving guaranteed promotions and sales through TikTok Shop and Instagram. This is a permanent role with real ownership from day one, ideal for someone who already has affiliate, influencer or community management experience and wants to build on it in live commerce.
Key Responsibilities: Affiliate & Creator Recruitment
- Identify, vet and onboard TikTok Shop and Instagram affiliates and creators across our client portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our network of retained affiliates and rising creators
- Negotiate commission structures, briefs and collaboration terms with affiliates

Community Management
- Manage day-to-day communication with affiliates via TikTok Shop Seller Centre, Instagram and other channels
- Foster an engaged, motivated affiliate community, encouraging repeat collaborations
- Review and approve creator content ahead of publishing, ensuring brand and platform compliance
- Arrange and track product samples and gifting to affiliates
Campaign & Performance
- Support planning of affiliate campaigns, setting clear KPIs alongside the Studio Manager
- Track affiliate performance, commissions and payouts, flagging any issues promptly
- Compile clear performance reporting for clients, highlighting top performers and opportunities
- Collaborate with affiliates and influencers to host live shopping events

Admin & Coordination
- Maintain accurate affiliate records, contracts and communication logs
- Provide administrative support across affiliate operations as needed
- Support general day-to-day studio operations, including cover for the Studio Manager where needed
Live Moderator - supporting the presenter and studio team in real time to keep the stream engaging, accurate and commercially effective. (see role of a moderator)
We’re looking for:
- This role suits someone with prior affiliate marketing, influencer marketing or community management.
- Experienced in managing affiliate, influencer or creator relationships
- Familiar with TikTok Shop, Instagram or similar social commerce platforms
- A confident, personable communicator who builds relationships easily
- Organised, with strong attention to detail across varied tasks
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
- Practical and proactive, happy supporting a small, fast-moving team
