Designed primarily for designers and agencies, @Utexlab helps teams spend less time searching for clients and more time closing deals and delivering work.
Role Description
The affiliate role at @Utexlab is a part-time remote position focused on promoting the platform and driving qualified sign-ups and conversions through affiliate channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Identifying and engaging potential audiences
- Sharing @Utexlab offerings through content, social media, and community outreach
- Optimizing affiliate campaigns for performance
- Monitoring key metrics such as click-through rates and conversions
- Providing feedback on marketing assets
- Collaborating with the @UtexLAB team to refine messaging and promotional strategies
This role offers flexibility and is well-suited for individuals who already operate within agency, design, or digital marketing communities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in affiliate marketing, referral programs, or partnership-based promotion
- Familiarity with digital marketing tactics such as email outreach, social media promotion, and content sharing
- Ability to analyse basic performance metrics and optimize campaigns for higher engagement and conversions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present product value clearly to agencies, designers, and related audiences
- Comfort working independently in a remote, part-time capacity with reliable internet access
- Experience working with agencies, design studios, or SaaS platforms is a plus
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive promotion practices

Commission
Affiliates earn around $40 for every qualified user they bring in — there's no cap on how much you can earn, so payouts scale directly with performance.
Recurring revenue options may be available for top performers.
