About AIOS
AIOS is building the world’s first full-stack AI doctor.
We’re at $350M ARR, growing from $10M/yr 12 months ago. We’re the world’s fastest growing AI doctor.
We’re faithfully serving >150k/mo patients via Bolt Pharmacy, our main UK brand. We’re profitable.
Our strategy exists at the intersection of two strong theses:
- The AI doctor that wins will get to escape velocity using GLP-1s, the fastest growing consumer product in history.
- The $2T European healthcare market is overlooked by the most talented builders.
Our master plan:
- Step 0: $100M/yr by end of 2025: We went from $10M to $100M in 6 months serving the UK GLP-1 market.
- Step 1: $1B ARR by end of 2026: Over the last 12 months we've grown from 3k to 150k UK active GLP-1 patients. We’ll continue this growth curve to hit $1B ARR.
- Step 2: $10B ARR by end of 2028: Blitzscale Europe. We’ll be Europe’s largest GLP-1 provider.
- Step 3: $100B/yr by end of 2031: Get regulatory approval across Europe for our Full Autonomous Prescribing (FAP) system. Win contracts at scale with European payers to mass replace human labor. We’ll be the dominant full-stack AI doctor in Europe.
- Step 4: $1T/yr by end of 2035: With one line of code and zero human time, you can use AIOS to treat any patient globally with any medication.
In so doing, we’ll become the world’s first trillion-dollar healthcare company.
We’re a young, founder-led company. This is still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us.

Being an Affiliate Lead at AIOS
We are building a world-class team.
As Affiliate Lead at AIOS, your fundamental role is to turn affiliates into a cleanly attributable, scalable, and profitable customer acquisition channel, starting with Bolt Pharmacy (UK).
This is not a “link in bio” creator affiliate program role. This is not a coordination-only, admin role.
You will own the program end to end, beginning with recruiting high quality affiliates that you forge lasting partnerships with. You’ll be in the weeds iterating offers, systems, and comms to elevate overall affiliate performance.
You’ll:
- Grow affiliate-attributed revenue
- Ensure attribution is tidy
- Increase the output of our strongest existing partners, and cut underperformers
- Build offers, promotions, and incentives that affiliates can win with (while keeping us profitable)
- Make the program operationally reliable, measurable, and easy to scale
- Protect our brands by maintaining a high bar for content compliance, claims, and attribution
Great performance means affiliates become a predictable and increasingly important growth channel. Attribution is clean and cannibalization is minimized. If you really nail the role, you’ll be a leading candidate for our future Head of Affiliate hire and other Senior Growth Hires.
This is a full-time, fully remote role, and you’ll work async in the timezone of your choice — as long as you’re around until midday Pacific Time for calls as needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You’ll report directly to Marie Boes (AI Growth Lead).
You’ll also work most closely with:
- Dave Lane (Head of Performance)
- Michael McCann (Head of CRO)
- Richie Cartwright (CEO + Interim Head of Growth)
Key responsibilities
- Revenue: You’ll own affiliate-attributed revenue. You’ll identify the biggest growth opportunities, set the plan, and deliver. Attribution is clean, always.
- Sourcing: You’ll build a consistent pipeline of high-quality affiliates across publishers, comparison sites, content partners, creators, communities, and other relevant channels.
- Reporting: You’ll build a clear view of affiliate performance across revenue, attribution, conversion, CAC, retention, refunds, activation, and partner concentration.
- Activation: You’ll take new affiliates from signed to live rapidly. You’ll craft a clear onboarding process, providing the right links, offers, content, and guidance.
- Performance: You’ll manage the affiliate roster based on output.
- Offers: You’ll make sure partners receive accurate information early enough to execute effectively. You’ll make sure they’re happy with their offers and able to scale.
- Comms: You’ll own day-to-day communication with affiliates across Everflow, TradeTracker, email, and other relevant channels.
- Compliance: You’ll review affiliate content where required and coordinate corrections quickly. You’ll maintain a painfully high bar for accuracy—pristine compliance is non-negotiable.
- Operations: You’ll maintain accurate partner information, tracking links, commission structures, workflows, and documentation across Everflow and TradeTracker.
Need to have
- Experience: 3+ years growing affiliate, publisher, partnership, creator, and performance-based acquisition channels. You have managed programs through platforms such as Everflow, TradeTracker, etc.
- Metric-minded: You think in attribution, revenue, CAC, contribution margin, activation, conversion, retention, refunds, and payback periods.
- Hunter: You have the chops to source, pitch, negotiate with, and close high-quality affiliates rather than relying only on inbound applications and existing networks.
- Judgement: You can quickly identify which affiliates have real potential, and cut the rest.
- Workstreams: You run the day-to-day without things falling through the cracks, including communications, offers, promotions, tracking, commissions, content reviews, and issue resolution.
- Analytics: You easily diagnose affiliate performance using data. You identify the real constraint(s), and turn your insights into a clear action plan. You crisply disseminate learnings to all partners.
- Systems thinking: You build repeatable workflows, reporting, documentation, and automations so the program can scale. Nothing just “lives in your head” and you detest manual work.
- Compliance: You expertly balance rapid growth with accuracy. You understand that in a regulated category, compliance is table stakes. You don’t engage in black hat tactics.
- Performance marketing: You understand direct-response creative, landing pages, conversion funnels, attribution, and how affiliate acquisition interacts with paid social and search.

Nice to have
- Regulated consumer: You have worked in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, telemedicine, pharmacy, financial services, or another category where marketing claims and partner behavior require close oversight.
- Relationships: You already have relationships with high-quality global publishers, comparison sites, content businesses, newsletters, or other affiliates you could credibly bring into the program from Day 1.
- SEO & content: You understand how affiliates use search-led content, reviews, rankings, comparison pages, and editorial placements to generate durable customer acquisition.
- International: You have managed affiliate activity across multiple countries, languages, currencies, and/or regulatory environments.
- Multi-brand experience: You have operated affiliate programs across several brands or products while keeping everything clear.
- Startup or scale-up experience: You have built in an environment where the system was still evolving and priorities moved quickly. You may have founded your own startup, however small.
- AI-native: You use AI tools to accelerate partner research, outreach, content reviews, analysis, reporting, and program administration.
Our cultural standards
We aim to make this your life’s work. This should be the most challenging, most rewarding role of your life. Accordingly, these are the core cultural standards to which we hold ourselves & our team-members:
- Belief in the mission: We will have served 100 million patients by the end of 2035 and we transform the life of most patients who join. We have a lot of work to do. We are obsessed with our patients and are dedicated to the mission.
- Unwavering integrity: We are at the frontier, so we often live in ambiguity with no trodden path. When we can’t look to others for guidance, we must maintain impeccable ethics and unwavering integrity.
- Only the paranoid survive: Bad sh*t is coming. By joining us, you’re choosing to sail straight towards the storms with unhesitating conviction. However much we’ve already done, however far we’ve already come — it’s still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us.
- If we’re average we fail: We are only interested in “insanely great”, a focus on the quality of our execution that in everyday life would be considered pathological. We have a dedication to excellence and reject incompetence.
- Commitment to candor: That which can be destroyed by the truth should be. You get full transparency from the company and the company expects full transparency from you. We never say anything about someone that we wouldn’t say to them directly. We give feedback with love and do not need to protect people from fleeting physical sensations.
