Affiliate Manager

Location: London - Hybrid

Salary: £40,000


Ready to take your affiliate career to the next level?

We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to join a top agency in London, and play a key role in delivering high-performing affiliate strategies for a portfolio of globally recognised brands.

This is a highly client-facing role for someone who knows the affiliate landscape, loves performance marketing and wants genuine ownership of strategy, partnerships and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimise affiliate campaigns across a portfolio of major clients
  • Build and manage relationships with affiliate networks and publishers
  • Analyse performance across revenue, orders, ROAS and other key KPIs
  • Identify new publisher opportunities and develop innovative affiliate solutions
  • Lead client calls, presentations and strategic conversations
  • Work across large-scale, international accounts and budgets
  • Manage and develop 1–2 Affiliate Executives
  • Drive strategy, innovation, automation and best practice across the team

  • 2+ years’ affiliate marketing experience, preferably agency-side
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and significant budgets
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, publishers and performance optimisation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence managing client relationships and expectations
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach and genuine ambition to deliver results
