Affiliate Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Affiliate Manager based in United Kingdom.
This role focuses on developing and managing strategic affiliate partnerships to drive business growth and expand market reach.
You will take ownership of affiliate relationships, from partner acquisition and onboarding to performance optimization.
Working in an international environment, you will combine relationship management, data analysis, and strategic thinking to maximize affiliate success.
The position offers the opportunity to directly influence revenue growth by building a high-performing partner network.
You will collaborate with internal teams to improve campaigns, ensure quality standards, and identify new growth opportunities.

Accountabilities
The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for growing and optimizing the affiliate network while maintaining strong partner relationships and ensuring successful campaign performance.
- Develop and expand the affiliate network by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding relevant affiliates and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates by providing ongoing support, resources, promotional materials, and guidance.
- Monitor affiliate campaign performance by tracking key metrics such as traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and improve affiliate program results.
- Manage affiliate communications, ensuring partners have the tools and information needed to succeed.
- Ensure compliance with affiliate guidelines, monitor partner activity, and address fraudulent or noncompliant behavior when necessary.
- Prepare regular performance reports, share insights, and collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with broader business objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of affiliate processes, strategies, and partner engagement initiatives.

Requirements
The ideal candidate has experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management, with strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in Russian, both written and spoken, with excellent communication abilities.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, affiliate program management, partnerships, or a similar role.
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners successfully.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, monitor KPIs, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple partners effectively.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity, with the ability to maintain compliance and high operational standards.
- Proactive, organized, and self-motivated approach with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with international teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
