Affiliate Manager - Casino & Sports
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Affiliate Manager - Casino & Sports based in United Kingdom.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive affiliate growth across the casino and sports betting verticals within a fast-growing, international environment.
You will own the development of a regional affiliate book, from sourcing and negotiating new partnerships to optimising existing commercial relationships.
The role combines business development, partner management, commercial negotiation, and performance analysis.
You will work closely with review sites, comparison platforms, tipsters, streamers, content publishers, and community channels to maximise player acquisition.
A strong focus will be placed on FTD generation, NGR contribution, traffic quality, positioning, and overall deal profitability.
You will have significant ownership over your portfolio, with the autonomy to make commercial decisions and quickly address underperforming partnerships.
This is a fully remote role suited to a commercially driven affiliate professional who understands the regional casino and sports betting ecosystem.
Accountabilities
- Source, develop, negotiate, and close new affiliate partnerships across casino and sports betting markets, using CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and fixed-fee commercial models within agreed guidelines.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners across review and comparison websites, bonus and offer platforms, tipsters, streamers, content publishers, and community channels.
- Manage the existing regional partner portfolio as the primary day-to-day contact, strengthening relationships while keeping performance and commercial outcomes at the centre of partner management.
- Optimise partner positioning, placements, offers, and creative assets to improve registration conversion, FTD generation, and overall player value.
- Monitor deal-level and cohort-level performance, assessing traffic quality, player value, bonus abuse, cost efficiency, and NGR contribution.
- Identify underperforming or low-quality traffic sources and take decisive action through renegotiation, optimisation, or termination of agreements where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of partners, commercial terms, deal structures, and payment schedules, ensuring strong operational and financial discipline.
- Provide regular reporting on newly signed partnerships, pipeline development, portfolio performance, risks, opportunities, and commercial priorities.
- Escalate agreements or commercial terms that fall outside established guidelines while exercising sound independent judgment on day-to-day negotiations.

Requirements
- Proven experience sourcing and closing affiliate partnerships within the casino and/or sports betting industry, ideally with demonstrable FTD and NGR results.
- Strong understanding of the regional casino and sports betting affiliate ecosystem, with established relationships across relevant publisher, community, tipster, or content channels—or a demonstrated ability to develop these networks quickly.
- Hands-on experience negotiating and managing CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and fixed-fee affiliate arrangements, with a clear understanding of the economics behind placements and positioning.
- Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills, including the ability to assess deal profitability, work within commercial guardrails, and identify when escalation is required.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse traffic quality and player cohort performance, identify bonus abuse or low-value traffic, and make data-driven decisions about partner performance.
- Experience independently managing an affiliate portfolio, including partner communication, reporting, deal administration, and payment accuracy.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and commercial priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, combined with a proactive, results-oriented, and commercially minded approach.
- Experience working remotely and effectively across international teams and markets is highly valued.
