Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Affiliate Manager Crypto based in the United Kingdom.
This is a hands-on affiliate marketing opportunity within a fast-growing international iGaming environment focused on crypto and digital entertainment.
You will be responsible for expanding a high-quality affiliate network and driving profitable traffic through strategic partnerships.
The role combines relationship management, deal negotiation, performance analytics, and commercial strategy.
You will work closely with crypto-focused affiliates, webmasters, media buyers, and internal teams to maximize acquisition performance.
Your decisions will directly influence traffic quality, revenue growth, customer acquisition economics, and overall profitability.
The position offers significant ownership for someone who understands both the dynamics of crypto traffic and the commercial realities of iGaming.
You will join a globally distributed environment where data, experimentation, and strong execution are central to growing the affiliate channel.
Accountabilities
- Source, identify, onboard, and activate new affiliates, webmasters, and media-buying teams within the crypto iGaming ecosystem.
- Build and expand a high-quality network of affiliate partners capable of generating sustainable and profitable traffic.
- Develop, structure, negotiate, and launch commercial agreements using CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models.
- Evaluate deal economics and assess the commercial viability of prospective partnerships using LTV, ROI, ROMI, traffic profitability, and margin analysis.
- Monitor key product and conversion metrics, including conversion rates, first-time depositors, retention, and net gaming revenue.
- Analyze affiliate and traffic performance to identify opportunities for optimization, improved acquisition economics, and sustainable growth.
- Manage and develop existing affiliate relationships, maintaining strong communication and continuously optimizing commercial terms according to performance.
- Identify high-performing partners and opportunities to scale successful traffic sources and campaigns.
- Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to align affiliate acquisition strategies with product performance and business objectives.
- Stay informed about developments in crypto traffic acquisition, affiliate marketing, and the broader iGaming ecosystem to identify new growth opportunities.
- Use data and commercial insight to make informed decisions about partner selection, deal structures, traffic quality, and profitability.

Requirements
- Strong professional experience in crypto iGaming, with a solid understanding of crypto-focused traffic sources and online casino environments.
- Proven hands-on experience working with crypto casinos and crypto-oriented affiliate marketing.
- An established network of affiliate partners, webmasters, media buyers, or other relevant players within the iGaming industry.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid commercial models.
- Strong understanding of affiliate deal economics, including LTV, ROI, ROMI, profitability, margins, and acquisition costs.
- Ability to analyze and interpret key performance and product metrics such as conversion rate, FTDs, retention, and NGR.
- Deep knowledge of affiliate traffic acquisition across channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, streamers, crypto media, and other digital acquisition sources.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to structure mutually beneficial partnerships while protecting profitability.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable commercial decisions.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to develop long-term partnerships with affiliates and media-buying teams.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to identify opportunities, take ownership, and execute independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, international, and fully remote environment.
