Requirements

• Proven professional experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry.
• Strong existing network of affiliates, publishers, media partners, and/or other relevant acquisition sources.
• Solid understanding of affiliate commercial models, including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and related structures.
• Demonstrated ability to drive player acquisition, revenue, and ROI through affiliate partnerships.
• Strong commercial awareness with a performance- and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage partnerships, priorities, and performance in a fully remote environment.
• Experience working across European and/or LATAM markets is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret traffic, conversion, revenue, and partner-performance data.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and opportunity-driven mindset, with the confidence to identify and pursue new growth channels.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple affiliate relationships and priorities simultaneously.
• Professional English communication skills; additional European or LATAM market languages are an advantage.
