Affiliate Manager – iGaming
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Affiliate Manager – iGaming based in United Kingdom.
As an Affiliate Manager, you’ll play a central role in expanding and optimising an international iGaming affiliate network. You’ll leverage existing industry relationships while identifying and onboarding new affiliates, media partners, and high-quality traffic sources. Your focus will be on driving player acquisition, revenue growth, and strong returns through effective partnerships. You’ll manage commercial negotiations, performance tracking, and ongoing partner development across European and/or LATAM markets. Working remotely, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and other teams to maximise acquisition opportunities. This is an autonomous, commercially focused role suited to an experienced affiliate professional with an established network and a strong performance mindset.
Accountabilities
- Manage, develop, and grow a portfolio of existing affiliates and strategic media partners.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new affiliates, publishers, media partners, and relevant traffic sources.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliate partners and stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, commission structures, CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and other partnership models.
- Monitor affiliate traffic, player activity, acquisition performance, revenue, ROI, and other relevant KPIs.
- Analyse affiliate performance to identify optimisation opportunities and improve acquisition efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and execute initiatives designed to increase player acquisition and overall affiliate-generated revenue.
- Work closely with Marketing, CRM, and other internal teams to align affiliate activity with broader commercial and acquisition strategies.
- Research market developments, competitor activity, emerging traffic sources, and new acquisition opportunities across target markets.
- Maintain a strong understanding of affiliate industry trends and proactively bring new ideas and opportunities to the business.
- Operate independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear communication, accountability, and consistent delivery.

Requirements
- Proven professional experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry.
- Strong existing network of affiliates, publishers, media partners, and/or other relevant acquisition sources.
- Solid understanding of affiliate commercial models, including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and related structures.
- Demonstrated ability to drive player acquisition, revenue, and ROI through affiliate partnerships.
- Strong commercial awareness with a performance- and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage partnerships, priorities, and performance in a fully remote environment.
- Experience working across European and/or LATAM markets is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret traffic, conversion, revenue, and partner-performance data.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and opportunity-driven mindset, with the confidence to identify and pursue new growth channels.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple affiliate relationships and priorities simultaneously.
- Professional English communication skills; additional European or LATAM market languages are an advantage.
