Affiliate Manager, EU Markets
Brand: Myprotein
Reports to: Affiliate Lead
The role
Myprotein is looking for an Affiliate Manager to grow and manage our affiliate activity across European markets. Reporting to the Affiliate Lead, you’ll build strong publisher partnerships, develop campaigns tailored to local audiences, and use performance data to improve results.
You’ll work closely with local marketing teams and colleagues across ecommerce and creative to make the affiliate channel a meaningful contributor to customer acquisition and revenue.
As an Affiliate Manager You'll:
- Own the day-to-day management of affiliate activity across assigned EU markets, including partner recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention.
- Build relationships with publishers, content partners, comparison sites, loyalty and cashback partners, and other relevant affiliates.
- Plan and deliver campaigns around product launches, seasonal moments and local market opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and placements that balance growth with return on investment.
- Monitor revenue, traffic, conversion, new customer acquisition and partner performance; turn insights into clear actions.
- Manage affiliate budgets, forecasts and reporting, sharing progress and recommendations with the Affiliate Lead.
- Work with local teams to ensure campaigns, offers and messaging suit each market.
- Maintain high standards of tracking, partner compliance and promotional accuracy.

What you’ll bring
- Experience managing affiliate or partnership activity for an ecommerce or consumer brand.
- A track record of growing partner relationships and improving commercial performance.
- Confidence using affiliate platforms, analytics tools and performance reports.
- Strong negotiation, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- An understanding of how customer behaviour and promotional approaches vary across European markets.
- A practical, data-led approach and the ability to manage several campaigns at once.
- Experience in sports nutrition, health, fitness or lifestyle ecommerce, and proficiency in an additional European language, would be an advantage.
