Are you a commercially minded affiliate marketing specialist who thrives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment?
Do you bring energy, analytical thinking and a hands-on approach to building partnerships and driving profitable growth? If you're excited by the challenge of leading affiliate activity across multiple established ecommerce brands, this could be the perfect next step.
We're looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to shape and grow the affiliate marketing channel across our portfolio of ecommerce brands. This is a key role for someone who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day programme management, while confidently managing partner relationships and driving commercial performance.
What you'll be doing
Leading Affiliate Growth
- Building partnerships: Recruiting, onboarding and developing high-quality affiliate relationships across content, cashback, loyalty, voucher, comparison, influencer and media channels.
- Driving performance: Using data, insight and market opportunities to maximise profitable growth.
- Revenue growth: Owning affiliate channel performance across revenue, ROI, CPA, conversion rate, average order value, cost of sale and customer acquisition metrics.
- Campaign management: Planning and delivering affiliate campaigns around key trading periods, product launches and seasonal events.
- Commercial optimisation: Identifying opportunities to improve partner performance, commission structures and promotional activity.
- Contract negotiation: Negotiating commission rates, commercial agreements and premium partner placements to maximise return on investment.
- Sales validation: Managing monthly validation of sales across affiliate platforms, customer service touchpoints and internal data sources.
- Collaborating with networks and technology partners: Maintaining accurate tracking, reporting, payments and programme delivery.
- Supporting governance and compliance: Monitoring traffic quality, brand representation and affiliate compliance to protect commercial performance and brand standards.

What we're looking for
- Experience managing multiple brands, websites, markets or product categories.
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking, attribution models and commission structures.
- Proven success in growing affiliate revenue and improving commercial performance.
- Confident using data and insights to drive decision-making and optimisation.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience working with affiliate platforms such as Awin.
- Good working knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of affiliate compliance, brand protection and traffic quality monitoring.
- Experience across content partnerships, influencer affiliates, product feeds or wider performance marketing channels would be advantageous.
