Affiliate Manager
We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks strategically, and knows how to turn partnerships into results. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and growth of multiple affiliate programs while serving as a trusted partner to both clients and publishers. You’ll combine data-driven decision making with relationship building to drive performance, retention, and long-term success.
Location: Only candidates based in or able to work from Plymouth, UK will be considered.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Growth
- Create tailored affiliate strategies aligned to client goals and KPIs
- Identify growth opportunities and translate insights into action
- Optimize program performance through recruitment, activation, and partner development
- Forecast performance, manage budgets, and provide strategic recommendations

Program Management
- Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple affiliate programs
- Execute promotional campaigns, creative updates, and partner initiatives
- Monitor performance trends and continuously improve results
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to internal best practices
Client & Partner Leadership
- Lead client calls, business reviews, and strategic discussions
- Communicate performance results clearly and confidently to stakeholders
- Build strong publisher and affiliate relationships, negotiate placements, and secure opportunities
- Support affiliate communication, compliance, payments, and ongoing engagement
