About Lendable
Lendable is on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money. We're building one of the world’s leading fintech companies and are off to a strong start:
- One of the UK’s newest unicorns with a team of just over 700 people
- Among the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK
- Profitable since 2017
- Backed by top investors including Balderton Capital and Goldman Sachs
- Loved by customers with the best reviews in the market (4.9 across 10,000s of reviews on Trustpilot)
So far, we’ve rebuilt the Big Three consumer finance products from scratch: loans, credit cards and car finance. We get money into our customers’ hands in minutes instead of days.
We’re growing fast, and there’s a lot more to do: we’re going after the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes.
Join us if you want to
- Take ownership: you are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1
- Work in small teams of exceptional people: Lendies are relentlessly resourceful. We challenge the status quo to solve problems and find smarter solutions
- Build the best technology in-house: we use new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting
About the role
We’re entering a once-in-a-company moment: a major step-change in our D2C marketing investment, a full rebrand of the company and product under the Zable brand, and a marketing function being built out at pace under a newly-appointed CMO. This is one of the most exciting marketing builds in UK fintech right now, with the financial strength, customer base, and product depth to back it up.
Finding and signing new affiliate and influencer partners is the core of our growth engine going forward, and we’re building the team to power it. We’re looking for an Affiliate & Influencer Acquisition Executive whose core mission is sourcing brand-new partners — not just managing the ones we already have. Reporting to a Head of Growth Partnerships, you’ll own the full new-partner funnel end-to-end: mapping affiliates and influencers we don’t work with yet, running outbound outreach, and negotiating CPA or fixed-fee deals structured so every partnership delivers measurable, incremental customer acquisition.
This is an acquisition-first partnership seat: you’ll spend as much time prospecting and pitching new affiliates and influencers as you do modelling payback economics. If you think in CPA, fixed-fee and incremental CAC as naturally as you think in relationships, this role is built for you.
What we're looking for:
Essential:
- Proven track record sourcing and closing brand-new affiliate or influencer partnerships from scratch this is a new-business role, not just account management
- 2-3+ years in affiliate marketing, acquisition or performance marketing roles for a consumer brand
- Fluent in core acquisition performance metrics – CPA, fixed-fee, LTV, ROI and blended CAC and confident structuring CPA or fixed-fee deals that guarantee incremental acquisition
- Working knowledge of channel economics: payback period, cohort behaviour, and how partnership spend compares against other acquisition channels
- Direct experience running affiliate and/or influencer partnership end to end, including commercial negotiation (not just relationship management)
- Track record of running activations end-to-end and delivering measurable results
- Strong account / relationship management skills
- Comfortable with the data — channel economics, attribution and ROI
- Highly organised and detail-oriented — you can run multiple activations in parallel
- Strong commercial communicator — you can hold your own with senior partners
- Demonstrable use of AI in your workflow

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Desirable:
- Experience in fintech or financial services
- Experience with sport, entertainment, media or large brand sponsorships
- Experience with an affiliate network or tracking platform (e.g. Impact, Awin, CJ, Partnerize, Income access) and reading platform-level reporting unassisted
- Experience building an affiliate or influencer programme from 0 to 1 in a consumer brand
You’re a good fit if you’re:
- An experienced affiliate marketer who has sourced new customer-acquisition channels, not just managed existing ones
- A natural relationship-builder — partners trust you, and so does your team
- Commercially literate first, relationship-led second – you measure success in growth, not vanity
- Data-fluent – you build your own view on what’s working from raw performance data, not just a dashboard summary
- Hands-on and resourceful — you make things happen
- Curious about AI and how it changes the partnerships discipline
What you'll be doing
New Partner Acquisition:
- Proactively map the affiliate and influencer landscape to identify new partners who can drive incremental customer acquisition
- Run outbound outreach and pitch new affiliates and influencers, building and working a pipeline of prospective partners
- Negotiate and close new commercial deals primarily CPA or fixed-fee structured so every new partner is measurably incremental
- Own onboarding and activation of every new partner, from signed deal through to first live campaign
Commercial & Performance:
- Negotiate commercial terms with affiliates, influencers and sponsorship partners — prioritising CPA and fixed-fee structures that tie partner pay to genuine incremental customer acquisition — and know which model fits each partner
- Own the unit economics of every live partnership: track CAC by channel and partner against LTV, and flag anything trending the wrong way before it becomes a budget problem
- Build and maintain the channel-economics view that lets the team compare partnership spend against other acquisition channels
- Manage affiliate network/platform relationships (tracking, reconciliation, payout accuracy) and be the first port of call when numbers don’t match
