Affiliate Marketing Executive
We have an exciting opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our Performance Marketing team on a permanent basis.
Affiliate marketing is a key part of the RAC's performance marketing strategy, helping us connect with new members through a diverse network of trusted partners.
As an Affiliate Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in growing the RAC's affiliate programme, helping to acquire new members efficiently, optimise performance, and identify new opportunities for growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years+ marketing experience who wants to develop their expertise in performance marketing while working with a network of partners, agencies and stakeholders across the business.
We're looking for someone who is confident, organised and can build strong relationships, challenge constructively and work comfortably with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Equally important is the right attitude - someone who is proactive, eager to learn, takes initiative and is excited by the opportunity to develop their career in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid role, working 2 days a week from our Bradley Stoke office and 3 days a week from home offering flexibility while being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
We offer more than a job. We offer a career with purpose.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
