About Studio Two
Studio Two is one of the fastest-growing affiliate marketing agencies in the UK, working with some of the most recognisable names in retail, travel and publishing.
We don't run programmes the way most agencies do. Cashback and vouchers are the easy bit. Our growth comes from editorial: the buying guides, gift guides and competitor listings that shape what people actually buy. It also comes from reclaiming what's already out there: coverage running without a link, or articles sending readers to Amazon when they could link straight to the brand.
We move fast, we're still scaling, and there's a lot here you won't have done anywhere else.
The Role
You'll support our Affiliate Account Lead with the day-to-day running of a portfolio of affiliate programmes for well-known brands.
It's hands-on. You'll work across a range of affiliate networks, keeping programmes accurate, managing publisher communication, and pulling together the data behind our reporting. Your Lead will brief you, develop you and hand you more as you grow. If you want to learn affiliate marketing properly rather than just watch it happen, this is the place.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll bring
- Some experience in affiliate, partnerships or digital marketing, whether that's a first role, a placement year or an internship
- A genuine interest in affiliate marketing and how it works. Network experience is a bonus, but we'll train you
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Comfort with numbers: you're confident in Sheets or Excel and curious about what the data is telling you
- Clear, friendly communication, whether that's a publisher email or a quick update to your Lead
Behaviours we're looking for
- Move without being asked. This is the big one for us. You flag the problem, share the idea, and start the conversation rather than waiting for a brief or a nudge.
- Be curious. You want to know why a number moved or why a publisher has gone quiet. That's how you'll learn fastest here.
- Get into the detail. Tracking, payments and data accuracy matter to you, because that's where programmes are won or lost.
- Follow things through. When you're given something, you see it to the end and close the loop.
- Build real relationships. Publishers and colleagues come back to you because you're quick, helpful and reliable.
