Silverbean Affiliate Marketing Executive

With exciting growth plans ahead, we’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Executive that’s really to make an impact for our clients, and level up their affiliate marketing program.
This is a role where we don’t require you to have any experience, but enthusiasm and the right mind set are a must. Any previous exposure to Digital Marketing and Affiliate Marketing is a bonus, but not essential.
The role is an ideal opportunity to learn the ropes of working in a full service digital agency and will involve:
- Supporting account managers in service delivery to a high standard
- Developing and managing timetables and deadlines for clients, suppliers and internal departments
- Helping to maintain high client retention by providing a custom tailored service ensuring objectives and expectations are exceeded
- Helping to develop strong relationships with affiliates and networks through delivery of regular reports and communication
- Build good relationships with clients while being a further point of communication for clients over email, telephone and in person
- Analyse competitor activity and investigate trend research to increase awareness of client markets
- Collaborate with other services including SEO, Analytics and Affiliate Marketing, to exceed client goals through a focused, multi channel approach
- Support Silverbean’s own marketing and new business development teams with case studies, blog posts and pitch materials.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Creative: You will be able to compose creative ways to increase brand awareness and build brilliant relationships.
- Organised: You’ll be confident in managing a busy workload, overseeing complex and multi-service projects, working to deadlines and prioritising tasks to keep on top of multiple campaigns, clients and other tasks.
- Innovative and enthusiastic: You will be willing and able to go above and beyond for your clients, challenge yourself and take risks.
- An excellent communicator: You will have the ability to adapt your communication skills depending on the audience.

The Application Process
The application process consists of an initial 30 minute Google Meets interview where we can get to know each other better. If successful you’ll be given a role specific presentation to prepare for your second interview, and we’ll ask you to complete one of our personality profiling tools to find out more about your work preferences. During your second stage interview you will be asked a series of technical and competency based questions relating to the role.
