This is a business with ambitious plans to accelerate customer acquisition and significantly scale its affiliate and influencer channels. This position is a key growth hire and will play a central role in building the next phase of the company's acquisition strategy. This is a fully remote role so you will need to thrive in an autonomous role.
About the Role
The Affiliate Marketing Lead role is a highly hands-on commercial opportunity, focused on driving new partner acquisition, scaling high-performing relationships and delivering measurable channel growth. You will own the affiliate and influencer portfolio, build a pipeline of new partners and make fast ROI-led decisions.

As the Affiliate Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving significant growth:
- Partner Acquisition and Growth: Building and converting a high-volume pipeline of new affiliates and influencers, negotiating partnerships and rapidly scaling those that demonstrate strong commercial potential.
- Performance and ROI: Taking full ownership of partner performance, using data and tracking insights to assess ROI, optimise campaigns and evaluate current relationships.
- Influencer Marketing: Directly managing influencer acquisition and campaigns, identifying relevant creators and developing partnerships that generate measurable customer acquisition and volume.
- Programme Ownership: Managing the existing portfolio while continuously expanding the channel, working hands-on with affiliate tracking and attribution technology and ensuring accurate measurement of performance.

If you are a commercially driven affiliate and influencer marketer with a proven, verifiable track record of scaling acquisition volume, ideally within fintech or another regulated, high-performance environment, I would love to hear from you.
You will need to demonstrate clear before-and-after results, hands-on experience with affiliate tracking technology and experience building influencer programmes.
