Trade Nation is looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Paid Media team and drive customer acquisition through affiliate, direct display, and programmatic channels.

You will own the day-to-day management and optimisation of affiliate campaigns, partnerships, and performance, with a strong focus on FTTs, CAC, and sustainable growth. Working closely with Paid Media, Marketing Data, Creative, CRO, and Compliance, you will identify new opportunities, test and scale what works, and ensure all activity meets FCA requirements.

This is a six-month contract, with the potential to extend onto other projects within Trade Nation.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry, with a good understanding of financial trading products such as CFDs, forex, or spread betting.
  • Hands-on experience managing affiliate networks, ideally Impact.com and/or FinanceAds.
  • Experience managing direct display partnerships and programmatic campaigns, ideally using StackAdapt; DV360 experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, postbacks, pixels, attribution, and performance reporting.
  • Commercial mindset with experience managing CAC, CPA, commissions, and payback.
  • Proven ability to test, optimise, and scale campaigns across creative, placements, offers, and partners.
  • Comfortable working closely with Compliance in a regulated environment.
  • Working knowledge of paid social and paid search, including Meta, LinkedIn, X, Google Ads, and/or Bing Ads.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent English, Portuguese, Polish, or German would be a strong advantage.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
