About the company

OVIO builds healthcare and wellbeing brands for the way people actually live. We operate across regulated pharmacy, health supplements and everyday care, and we are now launching a new pet wellness brand in the UK, selling through our own website, TikTok Shop and Amazon.

The brand is new, the plan is not. We are building it with the same standards we apply to our human health brands: real formulations, proper evidence behind every claim, and a growth engine built to scale from day one. Affiliates, creators and TikTok Shop are at the centre of that engine, and this role owns all of it.

How we work

  • We move fast and we own our work
  • We hold each other to a high standard
  • We care about results, not activity
  • We are small, so everyone builds

If you want a role where you are handed a channel, a budget and a target and left to make it work, this is it. If you want to manage a programme someone else built, it is not.

About the role

This is a contract role, fully commission based, with a clear path to a full time salaried position based on results. You will be engaged as a self employed contractor, paid a percentage of the affiliate and creator revenue you generate, with the commission rate agreed at offer stage. Hit the targets in the first 3 months and we convert the role to full time.

This suits someone who is confident in what they can deliver and wants to be paid for it. If you have built affiliate programmes that produced serious revenue before, you will do very well here. If you need a base salary to get started, this is not the right role.

You will build and run the affiliate and creator channel for a new UK pet brand from zero. That means recruiting the creators, publishers and partners, running TikTok Shop affiliate at scale, driving Amazon through affiliate and attribution, running our own affiliate programme on the website, and being accountable for the revenue all of it produces.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is a senior, hands on, commercial role. You need to have done this before for an ecommerce brand, with revenue you can show, and TikTok Shop affiliate has to be something you have run at a high level, not touched.

Responsibilities

  • Own affiliate and creator strategy, targets and revenue across website, TikTok Shop and Amazon
  • Build the TikTok Shop affiliate programme from scratch: recruit creators, run open and targeted plans, manage samples, commissions and creator relationships, and scale what works
  • Recruit and manage publishers, pet content sites, comparison and review sites, cashback and voucher platforms
  • Run the website affiliate programme on Awin, Impact, ShareASale or a direct platform, including tracking, attribution and payouts
  • Drive Amazon sales through Amazon Associates, Amazon Attribution and creator content
  • Negotiate commission structures, gifting, paid collaborations and exclusives that protect margin and drive volume
  • Build a strong pipeline of creators and partners through high volume outreach and relationship building
  • Design promotional campaigns and launches across partners, aligned with product and seasonal calendars
  • Ensure every partner's promotion complies with ASA and CAP advertising rules and any pet product claims regulations
  • Monitor for fraud, brand bidding, coupon leakage and misleading claims
  • Own tracking, analysis and weekly reporting on partner performance, CAC, conversion and revenue
  • Work with content, design and paid social teams to produce creator briefs, assets and offers
